I don't think so. A shallow experience in C (less than 10/15 years of experience) will not add much to your career. It is very difficult to get a job where understanding how systems work at low level will be needed nowadays that most of the resources are spent on a few layers above.
That's a very bad answer imo, knowledge is invaluable, even if you work on higher level stuff knowing the low level workings will give you an advantaged over many team mates
For Bookmark lists I'm finishing to develop a tool that can allow you to create a learning unit (a folder) with a specific topic like, "Learning RxJs", that contains a resource (a link find in internet) related to the topic.
Sometimes the bookmark tool like Pocket allow you to create a tag (similar to a folder) but this tag a little later became a blob of informations. This makes it impossible to keep track of learning progress, and i try to fix this with my tool.
My tool is similar to knowledge base or rather a container of the things you want to learn! Infact if you save a link in your bookmark folder, like Develop, you try to understand and learn later the content of the link.
Bookmark folder on browser, Pocket or similar tool, don't work for me for the learning process.
Sorry, I newest in this field!
Your technique is good but that require a solid investment at the first and it has the biggest barriers on enter.
I would like to deepen the field of trading but i do not know quite where to start.
I am fascinated about high frequency trading. Have you something to recommend?
The problem is the target of the project. If friends on Twitter and Facebook fall within the target, then send your project to try.
But if the project solve a problem away from you, try to think the best channel through which sponsor your project.
You study your competitor and find which channel they use because it's better choose a different channel.
