> As you can see, most of the phones she tried didn’t have passcodes but were still linked to iCloud accounts

I guess she didn't have passcode on.

Hello, I also follow Hacker News in order not to stay away from the sector, but recently I couldn't read it as much as I used to because of my increasing workload and laziness. That's why I made a Telegram bot that analyzes the top topics in Hacker News with GPT-4 and summarizes them in Turkish. If you want to enter this channel called "Hacker News Türkçe Özet": https://t.me/hackernews_tr

maybe because w3 stands for "WORLD WIDE Web Consortium"? there is not only USA in this world, it is funny that you are interfering with the rest of the world for your own social and political problems.

Asians only live in the USA? I know blaming everything on the US is trendy, but I'm not sure about this one...

I sense a projection.

I liked the hover effect on the navbar buttons. It's simple, but it gives a kind of cartoonish effect.

$20 for a subdomain? absolutely no. some have mentioned the mastodon instance of omg.lol but who cares about that? it's a desert with only 500 people.

I own a shorter domain that this one. Only if I knew how to make a multi-tenant sub-domain registering application.

Did you know that Mastodon has federation?

okay so whats the point of joining omg.lol's mastodon instance if i can already access contents from another server? whats the special?

Almost all instances are run by volunteers, in this case you'd be using an instance you pay for, which should mean it will be more reliable and won't suddenly disappear.

But if it does then you can just migrate almost everything over (was something left behind that I cannot remember, but everything important is moved over).
