The fact that Stack Overflow didn't exhibit the "multiple violations" says everything IMHO. They cannot.

Yes, and some good replies there. I reserve judgement - we all should, SO has been very secretive with docs and public only in accusations.

But I do feel that a big corporation who's apparently acted badly, vs one individual who appears well-intentioned, is something worth posting to HN.
