Making things greasy/cheesy does not make them better.


"greasy" is usually a failure of cooking method. Even deep-fried food should not feel terribly greasy, if cooked at the right temperature.

But cheese. Cheese is life.


there is really good pizza without any cheese. But I do pick often 4 cheese pizza, it must be fine cheese or it's tasteless.

Raw milk cheese or nothing.


I like greasy pizza.


‘Greasy’ pizza deserves its own category, comparing an amazingly greasy slice of meat topped pizza with a spicy sauce to NYC pizza or American ‘Neapolitan’ pizza via New Haven ala Sally’s (it’s better than Pepe’s, fight me) is like comparing sushi to ramen. All of it can be great!


Especially the kind that requires you to put napkins under your elbows to catch the grease.
