1. Bringing up the print dialogue is a slow process so its annoying when you hit cmd-p on accident 2. Print operation is done very rarely and not frequently invoked in the middle of a keyboard-centric workflow -- how often would it not be more or less equivalent keyboard interruption to use the Print Menubar Action vs cmd-p? 3.
