Almost assuredly vxworks

My Arris modem says

   Kernel 2.6.18
That refers to a very very old version of Linux.

VxWorks probably costs money to license. Linux can be downloaded for free. :)



When tcniso was a thing, Motorola was using vxworks. I'm actually shocked that Arris switched to Linux and then went with a 2.6 kernel.
