Chiplets are just an implementation detail IMO. Its cool tech and I can see why manufacturers are excited about it, but chiplets don't really say one thing or another about performance characteristics.
In contrast: the decision between Neoverse V1 and Neoverse N2 is going to be very big. The Neoverse V1 is the highest performing ARM core in the Neoverse suite... its much larger than N1 or N2 however, so there were questions if "fewer, bigger cores" was the right strategy.
