Four of its journalists are being trialed right now because of January 2021 protests. They are accused for sharing a motivational video addressed to students not to stay silent. Yesterday russian censorship started to block DOXA site, because they published anti-war debate manual. They switched their domain then got sanctioned by Namecheap. It is very hard to host something inside country if you are targeted by censoring.

While much more limited than a website, I think torrent is a good solution to censorship-resistant file sharing.
