On your user page. It may require some karma? I like it as it tells me whether I'm logged in, and if I had multiple accounts they would be easy to differentiate.

Go to your profile page (by clicking on your name at the right of the topbar).

You should see a field labeled `topcolor`. You can set the color of the topbar through that.
