Try having your car/vehicle stolen, the offending party caught and pled guilty, ordered by a judge to pay back the damage they have done ... and do nothing (despite making, technically, massive untaxed sales on untaxed drug income) (the hustle and bustle of big city life!) still waiting, philadelphia
