I appreciate a good UI, will give up on a product with an unintuitive UI (looking at you, Eclipse), but otherwise I just don't care. I immediately liked the new look. It took me a day or so to get used to it, and now I find it completely comfortable.

I'm glad to hear it doesn't bother you, but I hope you can appreciate that many[1] people don't feel that way
