AI Assisted Linguistic Synth:Mapping Proto-Sinaitic Roots in Voynich Manuscript (github.com/adrihd)

As someone with ADHD, I use LLMs (specifically Gemini 3 Pro) as an executive function prosthetic. This allows me to perform the high-volume cross-referencing between Proto-Sinaitic, Cyrillic, and Semitic roots that my brain’s "operating system" struggles to organize alone.

The Methodology:

Root Identification: Mapping "Shared Roots" across the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern linguistic drift.

Synthesis: Using the LLM to test phonetic shifts against specific Voynich folios (e.g., Folio 66r).

Validation: The system consistently yields Semitic-based outputs that align with historical geography (e.g., "Megiddo").

I’ve open-sourced the alphabet evolution and the initial decodes here: https://github.com/adrihd/voyters

I'm looking for feedback on the linguistic logic, specifically the transition from Proto-Sinaitic to the "Gallows" characters.
