fair point, the blog post framing is ambiguous on that. but even if there was some human involvement in the workflow, the output (a public shame post about a maintainer) still feels like a product design failure. if your tool's automated or semi-automated workflow can produce that kind of output without someone going "wait, maybe let's not," the guardrails are insufficient regardless of where exactly the human was in the loop.

Probably the same degree of design failure as Grok bikinification.
