I ask this because I'm working on my own tools and would like to take a look at existing implementations, if they exist.

pfBlockerNG (on pfSense) does. But you need to specify the feed in both places—i.e., as an IP feed and a DNSBL feed—though.

So technically 'parsers', plural.
