Nice set of comments on this - scarily I think I have to say that someone is not wrong on the internet ( http://xkcd.com/386/ ) as I think people have replied sensibly to concerns. We do try to do things right at A&A. I know it costs a tad more, but I don't think it unreasonable for what we office and we try to fit what people want (hence new Home::1 tariff, and so on).
