If the job is to increase productivity, constantly yelling is probably not a good way to do the job.


Is the job to increase productivity? Or is it to remove entire classes of bugs while not killing productivity at the same time?


Removing bugs is a special case of increasing productivity.


The goal could as well be to increase reliability at the cost of productivity.


I'm not sure if shipping buggy code can be considered productivity.
